Automate a specific workflow.

I assess your process and implement a manageable part of it. We clarify the scope, cost and schedule before you commission the work.

What you
receive at the end.

An implementation for the agreed workflow, with checked data flows, visible exceptions and clear responsibilities.

This includes the agreed documentation and an introduction. We assess completion against the cases defined in advance.

01

Define the scope

Review the workflow, outcome and systems. We document what the project includes and how the result will be accepted.

02

Develop the solution

I connect data and work steps, add the interfaces you need, and build rules for exceptions and approvals.

03

Test and hand over

We test typical cases and failure paths. I then hand over the implementation and explain the agreed operating arrangements.

What I need
from you.

  • Someone who owns the process and can make decisions.
  • The current workflow and representative sample data.
  • Authorised access and any necessary provider approvals.
  • Time for questions, testing and the pilot.

Acceptance
follows clear criteria.

  • 01Trigger identified
  • 02Required data validated
  • 03Standard workflow automated
  • 04Failure paths checked
  • 05Cases logged
  • 06Permissions limited
  • 07Agreed pilot checked
  • 08Documentation handed over

These criteria are examples. We agree which ones apply to your project and how they will be checked.

A clear
project process.

The schedule depends on scope, available access and the decisions needed. I identify dependencies before work starts. Additional requirements are agreed separately.

After reviewINDIVIDUAL PROPOSAL

First, agree the scope.
Then commission the work.

The cost depends on systems, data and exceptions. After the assessment, you receive a proposal for the agreed scope.

Licences, hosting and any ongoing support are listed separately. You use this information to decide whether to proceed.

What the project includes.
And what is additional.

A project covers the agreed process. System changes, historical data cleanup, additional licences and ongoing support are not automatically included.

The handover clarifies operations, recovery and responsibility. Maintenance and extensions can be agreed separately.

One enquiry.
One checked draft.

Example architecture, not a client project. The implementation depends on your process and available system access.

What you
should know beforehand.

01Which workflows can you automate?

Recurring tasks with a clear input and a result that can be checked. Examples include matching enquiries, checking details from documents and reminders for pending approvals. I first review data, rules and exceptions and define a useful first project with you.

02Does our existing software need to be replaced?

That is not the starting point. I first review how your existing applications can exchange data. Whether a connection is possible depends on integrations, licences and permissions. If reliable access is missing, I explain that limit before implementation.

03Does automation require AI?

Often it does not. Defined rules are enough for calculations, required fields and unambiguous matching. AI can help structure free text or document content. I use it only for a justified task and plan appropriate checks for its results.

04Do you also develop websites and internal applications?

Yes. I develop websites, web applications and internal tools. This might be a company website with an enquiry form or an interface for tasks, data and approvals. Before implementation, we clarify functions, content, access and subsequent operation.

05What does a project cost, and how long does it take?

That depends on scope, the systems involved and the checks required. After the initial clarification, you receive a proposal with deliverables, costs and timing. Ongoing provider fees and possible support are identified separately. We discuss new requirements separately.

06What happens when errors or unclear details occur?

The workflow has an agreed review path for these cases. We establish when it stops, makes a limited retry or passes a task to the responsible person. Important actions can require human approval. Missing confirmation is not treated as success.

07What do we receive at handover?

You receive the agreed implementation, documentation and an introduction to its use. We clarify access, responsibilities and what to do if something fails. Maintenance, monitoring and later extensions can be agreed separately. Ongoing support is not automatically included.

08How does working together work?

You work directly with me, from initial clarification to handover. Collaboration is remote. You first describe your task; we then clarify possibilities, scope and the result. Initial contact can start by email. You do not need a booked meeting to send an enquiry.

09Which details do you need for an enquiry?

A few sentences about the task, applications involved and desired result are enough to start. Please do not send customer data, passwords or confidential documents yet. If sample data is needed, we agree on a suitable method later.

Describeyour project.

A workflow, a website or an internal application: I assess the possibilities.
